Baked Banana-Berry-Oatmeal

Ingredients

For 1 Serving

  • 1.75 oz (50 g) oatmeal
  • 0.4 cup (100 ml) milk
  • 0.5 eggs
  • 0.25 banana
  • 1.25 oz (35 g) raspberries
  • 0.35 oz (10 g) cashews walnuts almonds
  • at will: cinnamon; vanilla or other spices

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) - circulating air.
  • Add together the oatmeal, nuts, berries and sliced banana in a baking dish and mix well. Keep some of the fruits for the topping.
  • In a separate bowl whisk together milk, eggs and preferred spices (e.g. cinnamon and vanilla). Then pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Add the rest of the berries on top along with the banana slices. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
