Baked Banana-Berry-Oatmeal
Ingredients
For 1 Serving
- 1.75 oz (50 g) oatmeal
- 0.4 cup (100 ml) milk
- 0.5 eggs
- 0.25 banana
- 1.25 oz (35 g) raspberries
- 0.35 oz (10 g) cashews walnuts almonds
- at will: cinnamon; vanilla or other spices
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) - circulating air.
- Add together the oatmeal, nuts, berries and sliced banana in a baking dish and mix well. Keep some of the fruits for the topping.
- In a separate bowl whisk together milk, eggs and preferred spices (e.g. cinnamon and vanilla). Then pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
- Add the rest of the berries on top along with the banana slices. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
